I bought an APEX Pro Lotus in October 2022. Just over 3 months (which is their warrany period, conveniently) it began squeaking and grinding. I contacted the service dept. After jumping through their hoops and sending what they asked for, I was told unfortunately you are out of the warranty period and you will have to contact a service person yourself and pay for it. I really am disappointed in this, as a massage chair should not be out of "lubricant" in 3 months! I had one of their chairs previously that lasted several years, so I know they made good and lasting chairs years ago. Just be cautious when buying from them, because they have an unacceptable warranty!
