Purchased this chair recently and have been using for a few months now. I love every bit of it. Looks luxurious and feels even more so. Every part of your body gets massaged, even the arms and neck legs etc. I have tried a few other high end models from other brands before purchasing the AI Vivo, and I can say the Vivo stands out in how easy it is to use and how smooth the entire massage feels. Must have for a massage enthusiast!
