Literally the Best

100% the best chair on the market, Ive owned several massage chairs in my lifetime and this is by far the best. Very smooth and precise. I can't imagine going another direction.

The delivery experience was bad

The chair has pretty good functionalities and help me. But the shipping experience was not good. The shipment took more than two weeks. It was because that the package was left in the airport in my city over a week without any status update till I wrote email to Titanchair.com customer service and complained. And the delivery men were not very professional and asked high tips directly.
