The seat is very uncomfortable to sit on and the message on the back also hurts even in gentle mold

At first we had some hesitation buying a product without being able to try it first. But our sales representative Tuan answered all questions and concerns honestly over the phone and now we an excellent 4D massage chair. It has so many preset massage modes to choose from. We love our new massage chair!

It is pretty good, the only thing is it won’t go back to the sitting position when the program finishes. Same issue with my friend’s.

It never functioned perfectly and now totally stopped working. Want my money back.
