Ordered a green chair and received a red one that the massager didn’t work in. I contacted them and they shipped me a new green one and let me keep the non working one. I appreciate the great customer service. Chair is comfortable and easy to put together . The magnetic lumbar doesn’t always stay in place when you get up and some of the plastic feels a little cheap.
