As much as I like this, I have a narrow face so the pads around the eyes don't make contact with my skin so I don't feel any heat. There are several areas where I also don't feel the vibration. It does work but missing part of the vibration and all the heat really makes this a suboptimal experience. I wish the unit flexed or could be adjusted for different face widths. I'll keep it because the side massagers for the head are OK.
