Comfortable and User friendly

I am 89 years old and I found this remote to be very easy to use. The chair is very comfortable and the massage it gives is perfect for someone like me. The rollers are not too hard and the zero gravity is my favorite feature.
If the rollers are too rough for some a pad of fabric or more layers of clothing can help soften it!
