I purchased this chair over the phone. At first i thought it was and up sell attempt but they did give me cheaper options. The purchase was expensive but I have to say so far I'm enjoying the chair very much so. I got real tightness in the calves and it does a good job of loosening it and the should massage thing that comes over the top is very impressive. the coverage is really great and it does hit the key spots. I found that I should wear a t-shirt when using the chair. My skin seems to be rubbing on to the black massage arm for the shoulders.
