Hello, I received the massage chair, and my husband and I use it about twice a day. We've noticed that every time we select a program, the massage chair automatically shuts off during the massage. After shutting off, the chair doesn't adjust back to the sitting position from the reclined position. We have to turn it back on and manually adjust the chair back to its original position. We're also unsure whether the chair shuts off automatically after the massage program is completed or if it shuts off while the program is still running. How can we resolve this issue?
