Fantastic Chair. Although there were no instruction on how to get it out of the box, but once out of the box everything went mostly smoothly (the wheel is too small). The messaging feels good. Takes some time to get used to, especially for lower back, but you can adjust the 4D function to help with that. Save your money by not buying white glove delivery if you don't have a paved drive way to your house. Saia LLC is finicky for something like this. I had to have the pallet dragged a good 100 ft or so, because they refuse to deliver it right up to the house, keep this in mind if you're considering purchasing white glove service. I didn't order white glove service and glad I didn't, that would have been a wasted expense.
