Very poor customer service. Got this survey to rate how good you did, and I still haven’t received the chair. It’s been a month since I ordered the chair and still don’t have. Called and complained and tried to find out where the chair is and the first person didn’t want to listen to my complaint. Kept talking over me and even said that I am getting a chair for a very good price. Price! I don’t have a chair so what’s this crap about price and talking over me. You need to do better. I guess in today’s business atmosphere, the people you hire just don’t give a crap and you can’t fire them because the replacement person will be no better. You should refund me a portion of what I spent for the chair for your very poor customer service and dealing with the person I had to talk with when trying to find out where my chair is that I ordered a month ago.
