Titan 3D Prestige

It will not last more than 3 years. Too expensive for such garbage quality. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company and chairs. It will end up being a useless expensive non-massaging chair.

This is my first massage chair and I have no complain about it. It does the job and really easy to install. I can sit on fall asleep on it.

I’ve adjusted the settings to max intensity/3d/strength and still barely get any glute massage, and the rollers definitely do not go anywhere near the upper hamstring’s, as advertised. I’m having trouble getting ahold of customer service. For what we paid, and the amount of space this thing takes up, those are features I really wanted. Very disappointed and not looking forward to dealing with the returns process.

Bought this from Sam's Club. It arrived via freight and took me about 20 min to unbox and setup. Great massage chair. The whole family loves it. My only complaint is that the massage times are limited to 15 minute sessions. You have to pick another session before the first expires or restart all together.
