When I lower the dome mounted on my head and start the massage chair, I fall asleep before I know it. I am very happy with the soothing music, soft LED lighting, and full body massage.

There's nothing for such an expensive thing, neither the SL nor the underarm massage. not ideal

I order item at 3/2/2022, Today 3/30/2022. I don't receive it. System show 3/17/2022 delivery. Please help me find what is the problem. Other tracking number: SR0108139, order number: TIDM6260

First, it stays in the logistics garage for several days. No news for the time of delivery until I purchased the White gloves service. Then, they contacted me the next day.

Second, It arrived last week. But, no one contacts me for the installation until I called them at least three times. They kept saying they had arranged someone to call me back though.

Second, it doesn't work well. Most functions in the remote are useless. It shows that only the auto mode works. I cannot make it manual mode while the auto mode is too strong for my family.

It's unbelievable that such expensive price comes along with so bad quality and service.
Not Worth the money.

Why I give 2 stars But not 1 star is that the chair is really heavy and the guys of installation do a good job.

Overall. Not Recommend.
