We recently purchased a brand-new Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair, but after only 6 weeks, we are experiencing numerous problems. The foot roller, calf air massage, and foot stretching mechanisms are all non-functional. The right-side armrest air massager is unresponsive, and the monitor screen freezes intermittently. Initially, they replaced the main PCB board (motherboard), but that didn’t fix the problem. Now, they’ve suggested replacing another part (the complete footrest system), but there is no estimated time for its arrival. We bought this machine in April, and it has been out of service more than it has been used. Customer service has been incredibly poor; I’ve submitted multiple tickets and requested updates, but they have failed to respond and provide any updates. Considering the chair costs $12,999, the service is worse than any customer support I’ve encountered. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying Osaki products.
