Standard Curbside Shipping

  1. Delivery to Your Address: Your massage chair will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Our shipping partner will coordinate the delivery schedule with you to ensure a convenient time for drop-off.
  2. Curbside Drop-Off & Signature Required: The delivery will be made to the curb or driveway of your specified address. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during the scheduled timeframe.
  3. Assembly Required: Please note that assembly of the massage chair is not included with standard curbside shipping. However, the chair will be packaged with clear instructions and all necessary tools for assembly. If you require assistance with assembly, we offer additional assembly services for an extra fee. Please contact us if you're interested in this option.
  4. Inspecting Your Delivery: Upon receiving your massage chair, we recommend inspecting the packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately.

White Glove service

  1. Liability Concerns: For liability reasons, our delivery agents are unable to move any furniture or personal items within your home or remove doors to accommodate the delivery and assembly of your massage chair.
  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the designated delivery area is clear and accessible. Please make sure that there are no obstructions that would impede the delivery process, such as furniture or narrow doorways.
  3. Basic Service Time: The standard time covered under the basic White Glove Delivery fee is 2-30 minutes, which includes the delivery and assembly of your massage chair.
  4. Additional Charges: If the delivery and assembly process exceed the basic service time for any reason, additional charges may apply. These charges, referred to as "onsite time," will be billed separately.
  5. Redelivery/ Attempt Fee: Please note that an attempt fee may be applicable if our delivery team arrives at the designated location for delivery but is unable to complete the delivery due to reasons such as inaccessible pathways, insufficient space, or door or stair width limitation.
  6. Door or Stair Width Limitation: Should the dimensions of your entry door or staircase be insufficient to accommodate the passage of the massage chair, resulting in the inability to complete the delivery, an attempt fee may be charged.
