I ordered this Massage Chair on May 12 and paid for White Glove Delivery and Installation.
The order was first delayed because the shipment was processed with the wrong ZIP code. When the delivery team arrived on June 2, they informed me they could not bring the chair to the second floor because only two movers were assigned, while their policy requires three people for an item of this weight. This was despite the fact that I had completed your delivery survey and clearly indicated the second-floor delivery requirement.
The chair was taken away, and I was told the delivery would be rescheduled. June 5, I have received no update. Furthermore, the tracking status incorrectly shows the order as "Delivered," even though I have never received or signed for the chair. I contacted customer service and the lady took my order number then put me on hold for over an hour then hang up on me. No one replies to the email I sent on June 5th. It is a scam!
