Theramedic 4D LT

Delivery and setup was great. The instruction manual with the chair is poor. The foot rollers are painful and no instruction how to decrease the pressure. Air pressure seems light but does not respond to increase on the controller. There are distracting lights around the chair but no instruction how to turn them off. There is supposed to be an app to download but no instructions where to get that. Errors in the instructions are concerning(#6 in cautions- DO GRAB THE CHAIR BY THE POWER CORD...???)

Been using the TheraMedic 4D LT for a couple of weeks now, and it’s a game-changer. The 4D rollers hit deep, Heat makes it even better

I thought the '4D' was just marketing hype… until I sat down. Turns out, it stands for ‘4 Dimensions of Bliss.’ The chair doesn’t just massage—it understands me. Like, how does it know exactly where my knots are hiding?

I received broken chair and now you guys ignore me. I want to return the chair or get a new working chair. Trying to contact you is a nightmare. If no one will contact me soon I will just despite the purchase

Was surprised to hear that the order was fulfilled 14 days ago. I did not receive any correspondence that anything had been done since the order. But still do not have the chair.
