We had purchased a massage chair, model Osaki OP – 40 ultimate from Titan back in June 24th, 2026. We received the chair on July 2nd. When we opened the box, the chair was safely covered with Styrofoam and we were so excited.
But then there we saw some dead bugs inside the plastic bag, their body parts scattered the inside of the plastic bag. They were little bit of annoying, but then we looked down and discover the inside of the box, some black liquid like oil or chemical, steeping out from beneath the chair, then we know something bad happened. Obviously the chair was either used or refurbished and it’s not a brand new chair. We’d video the evidence to send and contact the company on the same day the chair was received and requested a replacement with a condition that they have to come into our house to take the bad chair away and bring a brand new chair into the inside of our house, but then our request was denied. They said we have to pay more for that service since it considered a white glove service. We told them it was their fault for sending us a damaged chair and it doesn’t have to be the white glove service since we are old and unable to lift the heavy chair, they just need to bring it to the inside of our house and they don’t have to assemble the chair together! they said, still they can’t do that.
On July 7, we had simply asked for a refund and requested the company to come and get the chair back ASAP.
We have waited and nothing happened! On July 14th was our last contact with the company. Still nothing happened. Then we decided to file for a dispute from our bank.
Until this day, July 25, 2026 the massive massage chair still sitting here in our hallway in the middle of our formal dining room and our formal living room, just write the inside of our front door. It’s really bother us so much.
Once again! We are requesting the Titan company to come and remove the chair Out of our home within one week and that means by the end of July 2026 with a professional courier service to remove it from inside of our home without damaging our floor and our door. We will not lift the box ourselves, or have to pay for it remover.
If Titan Company is not coming to pick up the chair by the end of July, then the chair will be donated or given away. We are not responsible for any charges of the chair.
