Theramedic Massage Bed

My family bought the Theramedic Bed for almost 1 year, we suddenly realize that this is not the bed we want, originally we want the Robotic therapy bed from iRelaxbot, however, my husband just want a cheaper price so he find the bed here. We gave the call to OTA world LLC, and the reception lady forward the call to their subsidiary company : TitanChair and OsakiUSA, the sales man very politely to us and introduce the Theramedic bed to us. He said the bed is exactly the same as iRelaxbot. So we trust him and bought this bed. Then we are absolutely disappointed to this “iRelaxbot robotic bed”, it’s not what we want, the sales man is cheating us and the bed is definitely not the same as iRelaxbot but just a fake. We have found a statement from iRelaxbot website that it have nothing relationship with Osaka/Titan Chair. How such kind of thing can happened?

Although your sales person from TitanChair and OsakiUSA mentioned that iRelaxBot is under the same umbrella from corp of OTA world LLC. Said that TitanChair and OsakiUSA are the sister company to iRelaxBot. But the product quality is total different, we have experienced the similar bed with Brand -iRelaxBot, which is very quiet and can run 30-55 mins, but the Theramedic Bed is so noisy and always stop at 15 mins although it mentioned 20 mins. Why is so different! Are you cheating me

Very poor quality massage bed! Extremely noisy! Like a drum Dang-Dang-Dang! How can you sell such a poor product! The reason we bought this bed is because of my friend recommend me the irelaxbot therapy bed and mentioned it’s very functional, but my son bought this one at extreme cheap price and the Titan Chair/ Osaki / OTA world sale person told my son the Theramedic Bed is exactly same as the iRelaxBot therapy bed. And mentioned that iRelaxBot is under Osaki/ Titan Chair. So iRelaxBot , Osaki, Titan Chair are all bad!

My parents bought this massage bed, hoping it would help them relax. But after using it, we found that the software has a lot of problems and often doesn’t work properly. The vibration frequency also feels off. After trying it a few times, they just left it aside. Really disappointing, and far from what we expected.
