Titan Premium Fleetwood II 4D

We purchased this chair based on the product description, as there was no opportunity to try it in person beforehand.

The chair itself is not defective, and the build quality appears solid. However, the actual massage experience did not fully align with what we expected. In particular, several massage modes felt uncomfortable around the lower back and hip area (pressure felt too concentrated), which made them difficult to use.

Across multiple users in our household, we found that only one or two of the gentler modes were consistently usable, while most other modes were not practical for regular use.

We did reach out to explore exchange options. While customer support was responsive, the available options were somewhat limited, and the process of switching models involves high additional cost.

Overall, this may still be a good fit for some users, but based on our experience, I would strongly recommend trying the chair in person if possible before purchasing, especially if you are sensitive to pressure in the lower back area.

Let me start with saying Titan has been very cooperative and is offering to exchange the Fleetwood with another chair at a reasonable cost. But the Fleetwood is just way too intense. So unless you want a “hurt me” massage every time, pick another model. I’m 6’4” 245 lbs. I’m certainly not fragile. But the rollers, and especially the airbags, even on manual and at the lowest settings, are nearly unbearable. The arm, shoulder, and calf airbags feel like they could break a bone. The rollers in mid to upper back are very hard and try’s to push you out of the chair. I’ve sat in many other chairs and was always a pleasant experience. The Fleetwood II is not pleasant at all. I’m exchanging it for a less harsh model that will hopefully be more comfortable.

I’ve used massage chairs from other brands, but I recently got a new one from Osaki. Compared to my old chair, the massage feels much softer and more high-tech. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I got the taupe color, and it has a nice design. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and feels well made. I’ve been using it often, and it’s been working great for me.

Compared to other chairs, the Fleetwood II offers stronger air compression, deeper 4D massage, and more customization options. It feels more advanced and better suited for full-body relief. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who prefers a strong, deep massage rather than a light or gentle one.
