Total Relaxation

I’ve been using the Titan Rejuv 4D for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great addition to my daily routine. The 4D rollers give a deep, comfortable massage without feeling too intense, and the heat function is a nice touch for relaxing tight muscles.

The chair feels sturdy and well-made. I use it mostly after work, and it definitely helps with back and shoulder tension.

i call the chair my girl, mostly cause she is cutie , also cause she dose not listen to well. the voice action works when it wants too. then the rollers twist and reposition at strange times when going down your back . getting to manuale is a bit of a trick as you have to pic a massage before it will activate the screen to get to manual mode. but it sure looks good.

We love our Rejuv!!!

Titan Customer Service must learn their products!!! I called asking for chairs that would fit through a 30" for frame. The rep asked which one (not oneS) I was interested in. OK. I had to do my own homework.

Then, I asked if the Rejuv came in sections. Rep said, "Yes. It comes in two boxes." Clearly, it comes in ONE box and ONE piece.

Received a survey to rate my experience in purchasing the chair but no survey AFTER the delivery if we liked the chair.

Between purchase and delivery was about 10-days.

Once the delivery team got it in place, setup and plugged in, it's been a wonderful purchase. We've tried all of the preset massages and even setup a few manual options.

Like many others, it's a defect that the chair doesn't automatically return to an upright position when the massage cycle is complete.

***Why isn't anyone from Titan/Osaki responding to the reviews of this issue????***

With this range price, this is the best 4d chair

Okay hear me out. I've been looking for a 4D massage chair for a while and this is the one. It's very comfy and has all the advanced features in it. The drawback is that the color is too bright for some people, but I don't really care, so 5 stars from me.
