You did not fulfill my order 14 days ago. You lost my order 14 days ago. I found the location it was sitting for 10 days and arrange shipping to my house. No help from your company other than we are waiting for shipping updates. Put the chair together yesterday and two of the four buttons do not seem to work as they should. I will look into it tomorrow to see if I can fix it myself. I will what happens next if I need a warranty claim or not for it.

Was a bit iffy about ordering a massage chair without trying it first, but the reviews convinced me. Delivery was a breeze, and despite thinking I'd be stuck assembling it, everything was good to go in under five minutes. Super comfy, loads of massage options, and customization galore. No complaints after a month – highly recommend!

After doing a lot of comparative shopping in stores before choosing this chair, I have no regrets so far, and I hope it holds up well over time. If I were to suggest improvements, I'd first like a better foot massage. While adequate, it has only one massage head that stays in one place, although it does rotate.
The chair is delivered in a sizable package, both big and heavy, the main chair and the foot/leg section. Now, approaching two months of use, my husband and I love it. We use the chair almost daily, and it provides a satisfying deep massage. The back rollers are fantastic, offering extensive coverage from the top of my neck down to my rear.
