My chair was delivery with the white gloves installation. I thought I checked all of the airbags before the guys left, but later I realized only one of the three airbags on the left arm actually inflate. I called the issue in on Friday, the 28th and was told the issue would be resolved quickly, but so far it has not been resolved.

My boyfriend purchased this for me for Christmas. It's Ahhhhh-mazing! He said it was easy to put together ( foot part to the whole unit). I use it every other day and have tried all the different functions and preset massages, there are 12. It talks to you and you can talk to it. There's a USB outlet to charge your phone and to listen to music through the speakers near your head. It's manually adjustable to your body exactly if the scan is a little off. Looks good, not too big for our house, but dies need clearance to use the zero gravity function. There is even heat for your massage, as well as adjustments for intensity and speed.

I spent a lot of time on the internet and in local showrooms looking for a massage chair. Most of the "reports" online claiming to compare chairs are "sponsored" by manufacturers to guide you to their chair and can't be trusted. They're essentially just brochures for their product. So making a purchase this big online requires some trust which is hard to come by these days. After I decided that this chair had all the features I wanted (and several more that I wanted) I had to decide if I felt confidant in my decision.
