Foot space is limited!

I have size 11 feet. My feet barely fit and the heel section is very tight and a little painful. Otherwise, I love everything else about the chair. The manual do not clearly say how to start the chair. Hold the start button are 5 seconds.

The chair's foot and leg parts do not work at all after the White Glove Delivery. And the customer service never response to me so far.
