6'4 Fit just right

I am a little on the taller side standing at around 6'4 and I fit just right in this chair! The Spring loaded footrest was easily able to accommodate my height and it gave a pretty good deep tissue massage

Better Response Time/Communication

Always difficult getting a hold of our sales rep. Need to call and email numerous times until finally getting a hold of him. Also, shipment was received by freight forwarder damaged. Boxes hung over the sides of the pallet and boxes smashed. One box received with a large hole on the bottom of the box. Was advised by our rep that the packing/shipping department advised that the chairs is surround inside of the box with thick styrofoam, so shouldn't have any damage to the unit itself. Will see when the boxes arrive to us and units assembled by the white glove agent.

Highly Recommended Chair!!

It is a suitable chair for a large person to use. I highly recommend this product because there was no problem with my body size and it also has a strong massage feel.
