Titan Customer Service must learn their products!!! I called asking for chairs that would fit through a 30" for frame. The rep asked which one (not oneS) I was interested in. OK. I had to do my own homework.
Then, I asked if the Rejuv came in sections. Rep said, "Yes. It comes in two boxes." Clearly, it comes in ONE box and ONE piece.
Received a survey to rate my experience in purchasing the chair but no survey AFTER the delivery if we liked the chair.
Between purchase and delivery was about 10-days.
Once the delivery team got it in place, setup and plugged in, it's been a wonderful purchase. We've tried all of the preset massages and even setup a few manual options.
Like many others, it's a defect that the chair doesn't automatically return to an upright position when the massage cycle is complete.
***Why isn't anyone from Titan/Osaki responding to the reviews of this issue????***
