I have been using the Osaki AI Vivo (Duo) 4D + 2D for a short period, and my experience so far has been mixed and frustrating.
The chair initially arrived with a non-functioning leg massage system. After contacting support, I received service assistance and replacement parts, and the leg function was eventually restored.
However, after the technician visit, a new issue occurred where the back roller system stopped working completely and no longer functions in any mode.
At this point, multiple core functions have failed at different times, requiring ongoing service and troubleshooting. While support has been responsive, the product itself has not been stable or reliable out of the box.
I am currently still working with the service team to resolve the issues, and I hope a stable long-term solution can be achieved.
