I had never used a massage chair until we rented at an AIR BNB and tried it. IT was so nice to just be able to relax in our home and get a great massage. This chair does all those things. IT is a bit harsh on the low back area, as there is not much padding, but after reaching out to their customer servie they sent us an extra pad for that area and now it is great. So many options to massage in different ways. It scans the body so it now the right spots to hit. The heat doesnt relaly work all that well, but everything else is awesome! You wont regret it.
