I’ve had this chair for a few weeks now, and it’s been pretty straightforward to use. I usually turn it on after work for about 20 minutes, and it does a decent job loosening up my back. The heat on the legs is a nice touch. It’s not super strong like the more expensive chairs, but for the price, it feels fair. Took me a couple tries to find the settings I liked, but now it’s part of my routine.

We have already purchased several massage chairs through Titan, and we are customers who plan to continue working with you moving forward. Most of the orders we’ve placed have arrived without issues and were properly installed in the customer’s home as promised.

However, with this specific order, we experienced two major issues:

1. The delivery took a very long time to arrive.
2. The item was not installed as promised upon delivery.

As a result, the customer is very frustrated because she is unable to properly use and enjoy the gift she received. This situation is concerning to us both from a timing standpoint and from a customer service perspective.

We would appreciate it if you could please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue quickly and ensure the customer is properly taken care of.

I just sat down and it immediately seemed to know where I needed it most from my shoulders down to my calves. The heat is super cozy, the recline is just right, and it doesn’t take up much room at all.
