This chair was selected because it was the best fit for the conditions. Overall, the chair preforms well and does what I purchased it to do.

Likes: It has a good mix of programs, hard and soft; it is mostly comfortable; the foot rollers massage what actually hurts instead of what doesn’t and you can adjust your foot inside to get a different spot; the chair does really well on the lumbar section and basically everywhere on the back.

Dislikes: The foot rollers are too intense for me; the calf air bags squeeze the bone and not the muscle and you can’t adjust your leg to fix it; the shoulder air bags in combination with the hand and arm are tough to get into, and sometimes the shoulder bags kick the arm and hand out of their sections; a person who is 5 11 fits into the chair but the “pillow” does nothing for the head or neck and the use of another pillow messes with the body scan – some programs have a slight neck massage function…my extra pillow sure enjoys its massage.

Design Flaws: The chair does not have thigh or hip air bags; because the chair starts when you push the power button, you have to have everything in its place before the air bags kick on – working the remote is therefore awkward and frustrating; the “pillow” actually sits on the upper back shoulder area and offers zero neck or head support; heating functions are buried a couple menus in and only selectable after the machine is running and the bags so tight you can’t get your arm back into place – they should default ON or have a setting to default one way or the other according to preference.

I do not use Bluetooth or speakers, so I can’t comment on those features, although I am happy it doesn’t sing me an obnoxious song or have some computer voice prompts.

Overall, I am happy with the chair and delivery was great.

I didn’t want to spend too much on a chair, so I went with this one, and it turned out better than I expected. I usually use it after work, and it does a good job loosening up my lower back and legs. The intensity is adjustable, so I can make it stronger when I need it. It’s not fancy, but it feels reliable and easy to use, which is honestly all I was looking for.

The 3D rollers give a deep, customizable massage that hits all the right spots, and the zero-gravity feature makes it feel like I’m floating.
